Reschedule your test booking

To be one of the first customers to reserve your spot for Fiber Internet, select “Purchase now.” If you’d like to move forward with fiber internet, which does not currently offer bundle discounts, click “Check Availability”. Our records show there may already be service at this address. You can book to resit your practical driving test before the cooling-off period has ended. You will have to apply for a Queensland learner licence if you need to practise driving before taking your next test.

You will not receive a refund for non-attendance or cancellations after the scheduled start time. You are eligible for a refund of 75% of your test fee if you cancel your test at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time. You will need to reject your test session in myNAATI and then select another test date.

If you need to use another form of payment, you must return to a transport and motoring customer service centre on a weekday during opening hours to get your licence. If you pass a driving test on a Saturday, you can pay with EFTPOS and get your licence on the day. You must make your booking at least one week before your test date. If you are over 25 you don’t need to complete a learner logbook before booking your test. Extra support

Tests are conducted on demand in line with applications received, or the needs of the relevant business or government department. Due to rostering and staffing requirements, CPI tests can only be booked 5 or more weeks in advance, while some other test types can be booked up to 2 weeks prior. Our in-house retailer offers a range of luxury Crown products available for purchase, including a select range of Crown linen and At Home products. You can pay with cash, cheque, money order, debit or credit cards at a transport and motoring customer service centre. You must read and comply with the health and safety requirements for your driving test. If you hold a car learner licence, you must pass the car hazard perception test before you can book your practical driving test. If you are under 25, you are eligible to book a practical driving test once your learner logbook has been approved. The University Library offers a range of group study spaces in each library for the purposes of group study.
